 Payment Information Shipping Costs Return Policy PAYMENT INFORMATION Payment is accepted in the form of check, money order, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Money orders and credit card payments usually ship within 48 hours of order processing. Checks must clear before shipment is made (usually 7-10 days). International Orders: Payment for international orders is accepted in the form of PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Check or money order payments should be made out to Vintageous and mailed to: Vintageous PO Box 11111 Norfolk, Virginia 23517 Credit card payments may be made through our secure server when you check out. Please note that all orders are subject to availability. Submission of an order does not guarantee availability. Also, if you fail to make successful payment your items will be made available for sale again. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs will be calculated for you as you add your items to the shopping cart. Unless otherwise stated, domestic shipment is made by USPS Priority Mail (delivery in 2-4 days) with a delivery confirmation. All packages are insured by an independent insurance company. Express Mail shipment (overnight delivery) is available. Express Mail shipping for one dress or gown will be $25. If you need Express shipping, please write EXPRESS SHIPPING in the comments box on your order form and we will adjust the shipping total as soon as we receive your order. To ship same day, Express orders must be received no later than 12:00 pm (Eastern), Monday through Friday. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS EXTRA After you have placed your order we will calculate your shipping and contact you with your shipping choices before processing payment. If you need to make a return, please send your item via INSURED USPS Priority Mail (if you do not insure your return and something happens to the package, Vintageous will not be held responsible) to: Vintageous P.O. Box 11111 Norfolk, VA 23517 Returns must be received within 7 days of the date your item was delivered to qualify for a refund. There will no longer be ANY exceptions. Items received from 7-14 days after the delivery date will qualify only for a merchandise credit from Vintageous. Returns received after 14 days will be NOT be accepted. International orders, please see our international order return policy. To qualify for refunds or credits, all returns must arrive in the same condition (no rips, smells, deodorant residue, stains, repairs, alterations, etc...) as the day the items were shipped and all hang tags must be intact. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. If you purchased the item via credit card, your refund will be sent via credit card. If you purchased the item via PayPal, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account. If you purchased the item by check or money order, your refund will be made by check.
