Welcome to the Sarmi Collection at Vintageous! A SUPER Sarmi cocktail dress in black voided velvet woven with shimmering black mylar. Dress snaps down the front and can be left open as far as you dare. Long, slightly puffed sleeves with snap cuffs. Black satin belt with black patent flower topped bow. Original hang tags intact.
