Sleeveless, dress with a high neckline, set-in waist and two large self fabric buttons. Lightly flared pleated skirt. Dress is lined in organza. Label reads, "Mardi Gras New York." Approximately 38" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. There is a faint outline of a water mark on the right side of the bodice that is very hard to see due to the sheen and vibrance of the fabric. A pull at the right underarm seam.
