Hollywood Glamor Frank Starr 1940's Evening Gown w/ Appliqued Peplum Item v5233 ... Price: $270 A FABULOUS 1940's black crepe evening gown. Short sleeved, gathered surplice bodice. Gown has a body skimming straight skirt with a GlamorOUS gold braid and sequin appliques peplum. Side metal zipper. Label reads, "Frank Starr -Ruth Goude Originals." Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 35" bust, 25" waist, 36" hips. Approximately 62" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. A few scattered picks to the crepe.
