Item v5488 ... Price: $190 SOLD A beautiful 1950's cocktail dress in beige nylon chiffon painted with beige, ivory and gold leaves. Fitted, sleeveless bodice with solid, pleated beige chiffon neckline. Dress has a very full, gathered skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Rear metal zipper. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 34" bust, 24" waist, free hips. Approximately 44" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. Some wear to the paint. Two faint brown pin spots on the neckline. Tiny hint of darkening at the underarms (barely visible). In a couple of places the gold paint has oxidized to green. My big issue with this dress is that it is from a smoker's estate and while it has started to air a bit since it has been in the shop it still smells VERY smokey.
