Ivory Chiffon & Lace Strapless Early 1960's Ball Gown Item v5600 ... Price: $170 SOLD A lovely early 1960's ball gown in ivory nylon chiffon and lace. Strapless, fitted bodice with ruffled chiffon bust and lace midriff. Gown has a SUPER full, layered, ruffled skirt with a satin bow topped lace and chiffon panel at the rear. Lined. Rear metal zipper. Boned. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) Taken in to 32 1/2" bust, 23" waist, free hips (can be let back out to about a 34" bust and a 24" waist). Approximately 51" from underarm to hem. Condition: In good condition. Possibly not as crisp as it could be. Overall not as bright as it should be and there is slight yellow at the underarms. The bottom two ruffles at the front hem are undone for several inches (they can be repaired, though if you have to shorten this to fit it won't matter). Ruffles are all uniformly frayed (not really an issue I guess).         Click on above images to enlarge.
