Item v5662 ... Price: $290 SOLD An amazing, drmatic 1950's ball gown in cream tulle... this would make an outstanding wedding gown! Elongated bodice with cream cotton lining. Ruffled "v" shaped strap with elastic backing is attached to the bodice... because of the elastic backing it can also be worn under the arms to create a strapless look. It would also be very easy to remove the ruffle completely if that is your prefernce. Gown has a FABULOUS triple tiered tulle skirt lined in acetate. This was hand made by the original owner's grandmother and nicely done. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 33" bust, 26" waist, free hips. Approximately 54" from underarm to hem. Condition: In good condition. There is are some tiny orange dots on the cotton lining at the left underarm. Two orange dots at the waist. A couple of tiny orange dots on the tulle of the skirt. Ghost stitching around the zipper seam where the dress was let out. A tiny piece of stray cotton somehow got stuck in between the tulle and the cotton lining (sure there is an easy way to get it out I just haven't really had the time to look at it).
