Item v5709 ... Price: $190 A fab cocktail dress in a glitter topped flocked black nylon chiffon lined in cobalt blue acetate. "V" neck and a pleated bust. Dress has a semi-full skirt (shown here with a small crinoline... not included). Side metal zipper. String belt loops but no belt. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 38" bust, 28" waist, free hips. Approximately 41" from shoulder to hem (approximately 15" from shoulder to waist). Condition: In good condition. Lining peeks out slightly in two places at the hem. Light wear to the flocking.
