Terrific Peach Plaid 1950's Party Dress Item v5739 ... Price: $180 SOLD A charming 1950's party dress in a cantaloupe plaid polished cotton. The cotton has such a high sheen that it looks like organdy at first glance... definitely a party dress. Fitted, sleeveless bodice with gathers solid colored waist. High neck and "v" back. Dress has a FULL, pleated skirt with an attached crinoline (shown here with an additional crinoline... not included). Rear metal zipper. Bodice is lined in acetate. Please note that the zipper is fully functional, the dress was simply too snug for the from. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 33 1/2" bust, 23 1/2" waist, free hips. Approximately 43" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. Slight underarm marking at the left underarm (though it is on one of darker squares of plaid so it is hard to see). Three tiny holes in the tops of the pleats on the skirt. A smudge, a tiny hole and two small spots on the skirt (all in different places and all hard to see in the volume of the skirt). The former owner of this dress owned a cat and this dress had quite a bit of cat hair on it… it has been removed, however you may want to stay away if you have cat allergies.         Click on above images to enlarge.
