Item v6111 ... Price: $180 SOLD A really pretty little 1960's cocktail dress in ivory chiffon, lace and satin. Fitted, sleeveless bodice with sequin trimmed lace bust and set-in satin waist. Dress has a pleated skirt (just a little bit of fullness) with a satin panel at the rear. Dress is lined but still slightly sheer (the line you see on the skirt in the photo is the joint of our mannequin showing through... just to give you some idea), so you may wish to wear a slip. Rear metal zipper (fully functional, but too snug for the mannequin). Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 32 1/2" bust, 23 1/2" waist, free hips, but you should keep it under 38 if you don't want ot stretch the pleats at all. Approximately 38" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. A short tear at the base of the zipper. There is a large pale stain on the rear of the chiffon skirt, but fortunately it is completely covered by the satin. Some slight udnearm marking on the lining that does not show through. One smudge and two tiny abrasions to the satin. Could use a better press job to make it a tad crisper. It does not show through, but someone wrote 12- on the inside of the bodice in orange marker (wish we had paid that for it!).
