Item v6163 ... Price: $215 SOLD
A lovely 1960's wedding gown in ivory organdy. Short sheer sleeves. Beautiful lace, faux pearl and sequin appliques down the front of the dress. Skirt is straight at the front and full (tulle lined) at the sides. Elegant train buttons in to a bustle. Buttons up the back with 34 self covered buttons. Lined (except for sleeves).
Size: (need help with your measurements? click here)
37" bust, 27" waist, free hips. Approximately 59 1/2" from shoulder to hem (about 70" to tip of train).
Condition: In good condition. Yellow to the underarms. I think the previous owner actually washed this gown (?) but never pressed it. We have given it a quick steam but it really needs a proper press. A few of the buttons have some slight discoloration (not too bad, but if it bothers you, they can be recovered with fabric from the hem if you need to shorten the gown). Three grey smudges on the back of the dress. The three loops that secure the bustle need to be resecured on one side each.
