A UNIQUE 1960's cocktail dress. Wide gauge net made from a cream knit, lined in cream crepe and dark rosey beige silk. Sheer bodice with high neckline and long, zippered sleeves accented inside the seams with the dark beige silk (so that you see a line of the dark beige along the seam from the outside). Attached crepe liner with beige edging and thin straps. Dress has a full skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Rear metal zipper. Label reads, "Erlebacher. Washington, D.C."
Size: (need help with your measurements? click here)
32 1/2" bust, 24" waist, free hips. Approximately 43" from shoulder to hem.
Condition: In good condition. The dark beige silk is stressed and slightly discolored at the underarm edges (it's inside so not immediately visible). A stretched loop at the right underarm. Abrasion and slight yellowing to the rolled trim at the neckline. Small faint yellow spot to the rolled trim at the end of each sleeve. One repaired loop on the skirt. Slight yellowish hue to a couple of the loops on the skirt. A tiny grey smudge on the bodice... despite any of these things, the presents beautifully.
